Keep an eye on customer activity
When you view the breakdown on a give customer, you can view when they registered with your site, when they were last logged onto the website, and what they did when they were on the site!
You can view the addresses the customer has added, see which competitions they have ordered, and how many orders they have placed - so you'll be fully aware of what each customer has been doing when they're on your site.
