Portfolio: 0800 Valuations

Exiting customer, Carbay offered valuations on the internet via quite a laborious task. A submission would be received from a customer, and a member of staff would manually look the price up using the infamous "Black Book" and then reply to the customer via telephone or email.

Each valuation would take a considerable amount of time, and so Gary asked RedStar to find a better way of doing things.

The result was the bespoke development website of 0800 Valuations - an instant, online valuation system that we have white-labelled for use on other websites if required. Customers are given an instant valuation for their vehicle and asked to leave feed back on the price they have been given.

A CRM system allows Carbay staff to communicate with customers via e-mail, and the tool provides a great way of purchasing cars, and finding customers looking to make part-exchange deals.

It's very rare that I have to go to auctions to source my stock - the tool is a great way of finding quality second-hand cars to sell on my forecourt. The saving in time and money has been fantastic!
