We're pleased to announce a number of key upgrades to the existing functionality of Energy - the content management and e-commerce tool produced by RedStar Creative.
All upgrades are provided at no additional charge to our customers under the licence agreement and cover the following items:
General
- Improved navigation and graphical look to the CMS
- Upgraded home dashboard for non-agency customers
- IE8 compatibility checked and verified
- META tags to stop search engines indexing Energy
Content Management
- Directories do not have to have a SEO name meaning they won't be added to page names when generated
- TinyMCE installed as an option to Telerik RadEditor for beta testing
Product Catalogue
- Improved experience when creating and updating product types and product type options
- Upload of mnufacturer images and category images
- Deleting of manufacuteres implemented
- Deleting of product types, options and attributes enabled
- SEO friendly image names on all image uploads for products, manufacturers and categories
- Glitch on product search page resolved
- Javascript confirmation before deleting products
