We have added three updates to Energy, our bespoke content management system that is responsible for running websites ranging from full e-commerce through to small brochure-style corporate websites.
The updates are as follows:
Product Catalogue
The editing and creation of products has been streamlined and should therefore be significantly faster after the 'overheads' on the page has been reduced by almost 90%.
Competitions
We've tweaked the competitions section, improving the creation process and also allowing you to link through to customer details with a single click to find out more about who your winners are
Customer Management
We've also streamlined the search on the Customer Management module meaning it's a lot quicker for you to find and view customer data.
Content Management
Uploaded an image and don't want it to appear on your page anymore? You can now delete them from the page with a single click.
We've finally made a small but significant change as part of the de-branding of Energy. The content management system will no longer need to run in a folder called "redstarenergy" and will now work in a directory of any name - a key request from several of our agency customers.
