As the company has grown, long-gone are the days where just company owner Darren (aka me!!) responds to support queries... so I'd politely ask you to contact the support address in the first instance so we can direct your enquiry to the correct person.
To help us monitor and improve the service we offer, we're asking all customers to log a support ticket for all requests... even if they call up. So if you're going to call us (which you are still more than welcome to do so), please pop a support ticket through first.
